CHINA RUYI has completed the issuance of the second batch of subscription shares
CHINA RUYI (00136.HK) has completed the issuance of the second batch of subscription shares. A total of 400 million subscription shares were allotted and issued at a subscription price of HKD 2.6 per share on December 18. A total of 790 million subscription shares have been allotted and issued based on the first and second batches of subscription matters, with an average subscription price of approximately HKD 2.8 per share
