They were followed by game live-streaming service HUYA ( HUYA ) and online game developer The9 ( NCTY ) , which were down 3% and 2.8%, respectively.From South Asia, the gainers were led by IT firm Sify Technologies ( SIFY ) and telecommunications operator PLDT ( PHI ) , which rose 5.1% and 1.2%, respectively.
