DASHAN EDU appoints chairman of the board
DASHAN EDU (09986.HK) announced that Tan Jiaxi has been appointed as a non-executive director and chairman of the board, effective from yesterday (22nd). He has also been appointed as an authorized representative in accordance with Listing Rule 3.05.
The board further announced that Yu Ming Investment Management Co., Ltd., a licensed corporation engaged in regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance for Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities), Type 6 (advising on corporate finance), and Type 9 (asset management), has been appointed as the company's financial advisor regarding the resumption of trading of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange
