
"Commodity" Gold prices continue to break records, silver surpasses the $70 mark
Gold and silver prices continued to rise on Tuesday, with spot gold up 0.4% to $4,458.95 per ounce, reaching a new high, and spot silver rising 1.7% to surpass the $70 mark.
February gold rose by $15.5 or 0.4% to $4,484.3 per ounce.
March silver prices increased by 1.9% to $69.865 per ounce.
March copper prices rose by 0.8% to $5.556 per pound.
January platinum prices increased by 8.4% to $2,265.5 per ounce.
March palladium prices rose by 7.3% to $1,964.5 per ounce. (sw/)
