ARMOUR Residential REIT reports Q4 results
ARMOUR Residential REIT reported Q4 revenues of $210.2M, net income of $156.3M, and EPS of $1.49. Economic net interest income rose to $91.6M from $65.4M last year. Economic interest rate increased to 5.0%, and economic interest expense to 3.17%. Distributable earnings were $75.3M or $0.72 per share. BV/Share increased to $17.49, resulting in a total economic return of 7.75%. Dividend payments were $0.72 per share for the quarter.
