ReNew owns and operates a 300 megawatt solar power project in Rajasthan, India. Shares of Sembcorp Industries rose 0.2 per cent or S$0.01  to close at S$6 on Wednesday.</p><p>Keppel Reit : The manager of the real estate investment trust (Reit) on Wednesday said a wholly owned Keppel Reit financial unit has obtained three bridge loan facilities. The loan facilities total about S$892 million and are each guaranteed by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore). Units of the Reit rose 0.5 per cent or S$0.005  to close at S$0.975 on Wednesday.</p></div></div>
