Vanke's announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange states that according to the relevant announcement of the first bondholders' meeting for the fifth phase of the 2022 medium-term notes of Vanke Enterprise Co., Ltd., the proposal to "extend the grace period for this medium-term note" has been approved, extending the grace period for the principal and interest payment date of this medium-term note from 5 working days to 30 trading days (i.e., the grace period expiration date is February 10, 2026). If the principal and interest of this medium-term note are fully paid during the 30 trading days grace period, eliminating the default event or exempted through the bondholders' meeting, it will not constitute a default by the issuer for this medium-term note, and will not trigger any related default liabilities. That is, prior to the expiration of the 30 trading days grace period, it will not be considered a default by the issuer, and no penalty interest will be imposed during the grace period, nor will any default penalties, overdue interest, or penalty interest be set or generated. The unpaid principal will continue to accrue interest at the coupon rate of this medium-term note during the grace period, and the actual payment of interest during the grace period will be settled with the principal, with no additional interest accrued on the unpaid interest during the grace period
