VIRTUAL MIND appoints Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Co-Chief Financial Officer

VIRTUAL MIND (01520.HK) announced that non-executive director Zheng Kaixin has resigned from his position as a non-executive director due to internal job adjustments within the group, focusing on compliance matters and technology applications, and has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, effective from December 24 of this year.

The board further announced that Yi Zuoxing has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer, responsible for managing the company's investor relations, investor communications, and capital operations; and Zeng Jing has been appointed as Co-Chief Financial Officer, sharing the responsibility for the group's financial matters with the current Chief Financial Officer Zheng Zijian, both effective from December 24
