The deadline for the restructuring support agreement of RSUN PPT has been extended to the end of December next year

RSUN PPT (01996.HK) announced that, due to several existing debt holders indicating the need for more time to complete their internal procedures for joining the restructuring support agreement, the company signed a revised restructuring support agreement with the majority of initial consenting creditors on December 29, extending the final deadline to December 30, 2026, or another later date as may be mutually agreed in writing by the parties; the deadline for the restructuring support agreement fees will be further extended to January 30, 2026; and the deadline for the underlying restructuring support agreement fees will be extended from December 29 to February 13, 2026
