U.S. Grain Export Inspections Fall From Previous Week

Grain export inspections in the U.S. decreased in the week ending Dec. 25, according to the Agriculture Department. Corn inspections fell to 1.3 million metric tons from 1.75 million tons the previous week, while soybean inspections dropped to 750,312 tons from 929,365 tons. Wheat inspections also declined to 302,096 tons from 635,626 tons. Mexico was the top destination for corn, while Bangladesh led for wheat, and Egypt was noted for a new soybean sale of 100,000 metric tons for the 2025/26 marketing year.
