The unit added that it does not intend to issue further notes under the programme, Keppel said on Monday. The counter closed 0.1 per cent or S$0.01 higher at S$10.26, before the news.</p><p>Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust  (Manulife US Reit): Its indirect subsidiary Hancock S-Reit Sacramento, which held the now-divested property in Sacramento known as Capitol, has been voluntarily wound up and dissolved. The manager said on Tuesday that this does not have a material impact on the Reit’s consolidated net tangible assets or earnings per unit for the financial year ending December 2025. Units of Manulife US Reit closed flat on Monday at US$0.07.</p></div></div>
