In a joint effort covering over 16,000 kilometers and lasting 15 years, a group from Lanzhou University, headed by Professor Xiong Youcai, has conducted 38 research and field trips. The team traveled from China's Loess Plateau to farming areas in East Africa, showcasing the extensive nature of their collaboration. The initiative highlights a long-term commitment to cross-continental cooperation in the fields of agriculture and research.
