The Beidu Hongshuiqiao area project adopts a "dual-envelope system" for bidding, with a total area of approximately 11 hectares

The Development Bureau is publicly tendering for the area project in the flood bridge of the Northern Metropolis using a "dual-envelope system," with a duration of approximately six months, and the deadline for submission is 12:00 noon on July 3 next year.

The total area of the project is approximately 11 hectares, including three residential sites and three "enterprise and technology park" sites, which can provide a total of approximately 156,000 square meters of residential floor area, equivalent to about 3,120 units, as well as approximately 280,000 square meters of industrial floor area.

Among them, the three residential sites are approximately 13,201 square meters, 5,054 square meters, and 7,757 square meters, while the three "enterprise and technology park" sites are approximately 10,190 square meters, 23,241 square meters, and 21,636 square meters
