Lululemon founder calls for board reform, nominating three independent director candidates

On December 29th local time, Lululemon founder and major shareholder Chip Wilson announced the nomination of three independent director candidates for the board election to be held at the company's 2026 annual shareholder meeting. Wilson's nominees are former co-CEO of On Running Marc Maurer, former marketing director of ESPN Laura Gentile, and former CEO of Activision Eric Hirshberg. (Jiemian)
