CHINA COAL recommends appointing an executive director and appointing a president
China Coal Energy (01898.HK) announced that the board of directors today (30th) proposed to appoint Gao Shigang as an executive director, pending shareholder approval. The board also resolved to appoint Gao as president, with a term starting from the date of the board resolution until the establishment of the sixth board of directors and the appointment of a new senior management team.
The company stated that Gao Shigang is currently the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, director, and general manager of China National Coal Group Corporation, with extensive experience in the coal industry, particularly in coal mining, corporate investment, and management
