36Kr learned that *ST CHALKIS announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Xinjiang Zhongji Red Tomato Industry Co., Ltd. signed "Debt Waiver Agreements" with the State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. of the Sixth Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and Xinjiang Guoheng Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. The debt waiver amount from the Sixth Division State-owned Assets Company is 42.48 million yuan, and the debt waiver amount from Guoheng Group Company is 57.52 million yuan, totaling over 100 million yuan in debt waivers. This debt waiver is unconditional, irrevocable, and cannot be changed
