CATL's battery swap division has achieved its annual construction target: 1,020 passenger car battery swap stations and 305 commercial vehicle battery swap stations were built in one year

On December 30th, CATL announced that the passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle battery swapping sectors have both achieved their annual station construction goals: the "Chocolate Battery Swapping" service for passenger vehicles has completed 1,020 stations, and the "Qiqiji Battery Swapping" service for commercial vehicles has completed 305 stations, both exceeding the annual targets and far surpassing the industry average speed. Currently, CATL's battery swapping network covers the core economic areas and key logistics trunk lines across the country. By 2026, the Chocolate Battery Swapping plan aims to establish over 3,000 battery swapping stations in more than 140 cities, while simultaneously launching the construction of a highway network and opening a franchise plan, with a long-term goal of 30,000 stations; the Qiqiji Battery Swapping plan aims to accumulate 900 stations by 2026, expanding the trunk lines to "five horizontal and five vertical," and by 2030, it will establish a national battery swapping green network with a total length of 180,000 kilometers, covering 80% of the trunk capacity nationwide with "eight horizontal and ten vertical" lines
