MicroPort terminates merger with MicroPort Neuroscience
MICROPORT (00853.HK) announced the termination of the merger with MICROPORT Brain Science (02172.HK). The reason is that after appointing an independent non-executive director, the company believes it cannot control MICROPORT Brain Science according to accounting policies, but still maintains significant influence. The termination of the merger is expected to recognize gains from deemed disposal of subsidiaries
