New World (00017.HK) subsidiary Sai Kung Clearwater Bay Road Aotong recorded a new transaction, with the latest bid for the sale of Unit B, 7th Floor, Block 3, a 4-bedroom unit with a rooftop feature, having a usable area of 1,886 square feet, at a transaction price of HKD 37.099 million, with a price per usable square foot of HKD 19,671.

The unit without a parking space was originally sold in October 2019 for HKD 58.562 million, with a price per usable square foot exceeding HKD 31,000, but the buyer made a large deposit on the 24th of this month, and the new transaction price is nearly 37% lower than the previous price
