The creditor registration date is January 14, 2026, and the voting time for the meeting is from January 16, 2026, 9:00 AM to January 19, 2026, 5:00 PM. The matters for review include "Proposal 1: Proposal to waive the procedural requirements for convening this meeting," "Proposal 2: Proposal to adjust the principal and interest payment arrangements for the repurchase of part of the '21 Vanke 02' bonds," and "Proposal 3: Proposal to agree to extend the grace period for the repurchase of part of the '21 Vanke 02' bonds."
