MAGNUSCONCORDIA explores financing options to negotiate a funding of 12 million yuan

MAGNUSCONCORDIA (01172.HK) announced that the company is currently exploring financing options, such as new share placements and convertible bonds, to strengthen its capital base and cash flow. At the same time, it is in discussions with a bank in Hong Kong regarding a factoring loan financing of up to HKD 12 million. This financing is currently under the bank's review and approval process.

The group is actively considering a purchase offer from a real estate agency for one of its investment properties located in Hong Kong, as well as a purchase offer for its investment property located in mainland China. In addition, it will continue to engage with several real estate agencies in Hong Kong to seek out other property sale opportunities in Hong Kong
