TIANJINJINRAN (01265.HK) announced a strategic cooperation intention with Jincheng Gas. Both parties intend to cooperate through means including the company's acquisition of equity or assets of Jincheng Gas, or other appropriate methods, to achieve resource transformation.
The company stated that Jincheng Gas operates in the Beichen District and Wuqing District of Tianjin, with 4 gas connection points, 2 gate stations, and 3 high-pressure stations, serving a total of 15,000 gas users
