The rental rate of Qide Retail Pavilion exceeds 90%, with a record-breaking single-day foot traffic of 120,000 people on New Year's Eve

Kai Tak Sports Park stated that since its opening in March 2025, the sports park has hosted over 40 international and local events, totaling 90 events, and has received more than 7 million visitors. Among them, the Kai Tak Retail Pavilion recorded a record high of 120,000 visitors in a single day on New Year's Eve, driven by the New Year's concert and festive atmosphere.

The park management indicated that after the first year of operation and continuous adjustments, retail sales have steadily increased, with an overall occupancy rate exceeding 90%. In terms of dining, the retail pavilion features nearly 80 international gourmet restaurants, with 30 brands extending their operating hours after major events, and new brands will also settle in this year
