Tesla shares were down 1.2% around midday.Rivian Automotive ( RIVN ) said Friday it delivered 9,745 vehicles in Q4, down from 14,183 vehicles in the year-ago period. Rivian shares were down 2.2%.Berkshire Hathaway ( BRK/A ) (BRK.A, BRK.B) said Friday it has completed its acquisition of OxyChem from Occidental (OXY) for $9.7 billion. OxyChem will continue to be managed by current President and Chief Executive Wade Alleman, Berkshire said. Class A and Class B Berkshire shares were down 0.5% and 0.7%, respectively. Occidental shares were up 1.8%.Shares of RH (RH), Wayfair ( W ) and Williams-Sonoma ( WSM ) jumped Friday after President Donald Trump on Wednesday delayed planned tariff increases on upholstered furniture, kitchen cabinets and vanities.
