
Starting in January, McDonald's in Hong Kong will increase the average salary of its restaurant management team by 3% and distribute a HKD 500 bonus to 12,000 employees
McDonald's Hong Kong announced that starting from January 1st this year, the management team across all restaurants will receive an average salary increase of 3%, with the specific increase depending on work performance, and outstanding employees may receive an increase of up to 5%. McDonald's stated that despite the challenging operating environment, the company hopes to thank employees for their dedicated service every day and for their commitment to supporting the community during critical times through salary increases and distributing bonuses.
In addition, the company will also distribute a "McDonald's Boost" bonus of HKD 500 to over 12,000 frontline and office colleagues to thank everyone for their contributions over the past year. An annual employee dinner will also be held at the AsiaWorld-Expo from February 23 to 25 for three consecutive nights
