ST SUNING.COM announced that the company recently received a "Notice Letter" from its shareholders Suning Appliance Group Co., Ltd. and Suning Holdings Group Co., Ltd. The shareholders received a "Civil Ruling" delivered by the Nanjing Intermediate People's Court, which approved the reorganization plan of Suning Appliance Group Co., Ltd. and 38 other companies and terminated the substantive merger reorganization procedure
