PAN ASIA ENVIRO (00556.HK) announced that it has purchased AI assets from Chengdu Qingshu, including hardware and software, such as graphics processing unit (GPU) servers and high-efficiency storage servers, for a cash consideration of RMB 30.55 million, which will be paid using internal resources
