"Port House" Ap Lei Chau Coasto rooftop special unit sold for HKD 16.252 million, setting a new high for project price and price per square foot

WANG ON PPT (01243.HK) subsidiary Coasto sold its last rooftop special unit yesterday (5th), setting new highs for both project price and price per square foot.

WANG ON PPT Executive Director Cheng Deyun stated that the transaction involved the A unit on the 26th floor, which is a two-bedroom unit with a rooftop and platform layout, with a usable area of 478 square feet and a rooftop of 367 square feet, featuring an internal staircase leading directly to the rooftop. The unit sold for HKD 16.252 million, with a price per square foot of HKD 34,000, setting new highs for both project price and price per square foot. Currently, the last unit available for sale at Coasto is the platform special unit on the 16th floor D unit. As of today, the entire project has sold 92 units, bringing in over HKD 550 million for the group.

She further indicated that the group is actively preparing for the sales work of its second project in the same area, PORTO, which is expected to launch in the first quarter of this year
