QIDIAN GUOFENG (01280.HK) announced that it will carry out debt capitalization by issuing 1.975 million shares to China Ruike to fully settle all outstanding debts of approximately RMB 5.06 million. The issue price is RMB 2.84, representing a discount of 15.73% compared to today's (6th) closing price
