The U.S. Supreme Court will announce rulings on multiple cases on Wednesday (14th), but has not disclosed which cases will be included, with several significant cases pending, including tariffs imposed by President Trump. During a hearing on November 5th last year, conservative and liberal justices of the U.S. Supreme Court questioned the legality of Trump's use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977 to impose tariffs on national security grounds. Trump also imposed tariffs on China, Canada, and Mexico under the same law due to the influx of fentanyl. The lawsuits were filed by affected businesses and 12 U.S. states.
