TIANLI INT HLDG (01773.HK) announced that on January 12th, Chairman and CEO Mr. Luo Shi purchased a total of 1.3 million shares in the open market at an average price of HKD 2.86 per share. After the increase, Mr. Luo holds a total of 916 million shares, accounting for approximately 43.78% of the company's total share capital
