"European Stocks" Focus on Iran Situation, Pan-European Stoxx 600 Index Closes Flat
Investors are paying attention to the geopolitical developments in Iran and the investigation of Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, leading to mixed performances in European stock markets on Tuesday. The pan-European Stoxx 600 index closed nearly flat for the day.
The UK FTSE 100 index fell by 3 points to 10,137 points. The German DAX index rose by 15 points or 0.1% to 25,420 points. The French CAC 40 index fell by 11 points or 0.1% to 8,347 points
