Infinity Development Holdings Appoints Jeny Lau and Tak Fat Chin as Independent Non-Executive Directors

Infinity Development Holdings Company Ltd. has appointed Ms. Lau Jeny and Mr. Chin Tak Fat as independent non-executive directors, effective January 30, 2026. Ms. Lau will chair the Nomination Committee and join the Audit and Remuneration Committees, while Mr. Chin will chair the Remuneration Committee and join the Audit and Nomination Committees.
