KANGDA ENV (06136.HK) announced the transfer of the concession rights and related assets of the Dongping Second Wastewater Treatment Plant located in Dongping County, Taian City, Shandong Province, to Dongping County Taida for a cash consideration of RMB 127 million. The estimated loss from the sale is approximately RMB 18.1 million
