Regarding the doubts about Xibei being "pre-made dishes," he stated, "The cost of frozen broccoli is indeed higher, so the issue with broccoli is somewhat unjustified; the rest is basically not unjustified, and it can't even be considered 'black' because most of their offerings are pre-made dishes!" He believes that no company has gone bankrupt solely because it was "blackened." Furthermore, he mentioned that the market share of pre-made dishes in most developed countries is higher than that in China, but most of these countries' pre-made dishes go to the consumer market and fast food industry, while in China, most go to formal restaurants pretending to be freshly made meals
