In 40 seconds, a car goes offline, Voyah starts factory upgrades and renovations

DoNews Automotive reported on January 19 that Dongfeng Voyah recently announced a comprehensive upgrade of the core production line at the Yunfeng factory, aiming to achieve a target production capacity of 60 complete vehicles per hour. After the renovation is completed, the combined production capacity of the Voyah Golden Factory and the Yunfeng factory will reach 90 complete vehicles per hour, which means one vehicle will roll off the production line every 40 seconds on average.

The Voyah Yunfeng factory has established the first 100% domestically produced new energy vehicle production line in the country, with all software systems, hardware equipment, and control specifications independently developed and manufactured domestically, achieving a self-controllable manufacturing chain. On December 29, 2025, Voyah held a delivery ceremony for the 5,000th Voyah Taishan vehicle at the Yunfeng factory, taking only 26 days.
