JD Logistics (02618.HK) announced that its subsidiary JD Airlines has recently officially launched a full cargo flight route for beef and lamb from Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province. This is expected to establish an efficient and fast air logistics channel between the northwest beef and lamb production areas and the core consumption regions across the country, significantly enhancing the circulation efficiency and freshness guarantee of northwest beef and lamb products.

The company stated that after the route is opened, high-quality beef and lamb from Qinghai and surrounding areas will be sent to dozens of cities in core consumption areas such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hubei, and Sichuan, achieving next-morning delivery service. Consumers can receive fresh beef and lamb from the northwest pastoral areas within 24 hours after placing an order. To better meet the capacity demand during the peak consumption season for beef and lamb around the New Year and the Spring Festival, JD Logistics has established a "full cargo aircraft + scheduled flights + railway + road cold chain" guarantee system. During peak transportation periods, direct flights from Jiayuguan Jiuquan Airport will be used to alleviate capacity pressure on core routes.

In addition, in terms of ground transportation, JD Logistics has integrated resources from dozens of high-speed rail lines from Lanzhou to Zhengzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, etc., and expects to leverage the high efficiency of high-speed rail to supplement capacity
