KINGDEE INT'L (00268.HK) opened 3.11% higher this morning (22nd), trading at HKD 14.6, with a pre-market transaction of 543,000 shares, involving HKD 7.9278 million.
The company announced after the market closed yesterday (21st) that it expects total revenue for the last fiscal year to be between approximately RMB 6.95 billion and RMB 7.05 billion, representing a year-on-year growth of about 11.1% to 12.7%, mainly due to the continued rapid growth of cloud subscription business revenue and the accelerated implementation of enterprise management AI, further enhancing the company's market share.
At the same time, it is expected that the profit attributable to the company's equity holders for the period will be between approximately RMB 60 million and RMB 100 million, compared to a loss of about RMB 142 million in the same period last year, mainly benefiting from the scaling effect of the cloud subscription business and the efficiency improvements brought by AI.
It is expected that the adjusted profit attributable to the company's equity holders will be between approximately RMB 190 million and RMB 240 million, compared to a loss of about RMB 10 million last year; the net cash inflow from operating activities is expected to be approximately RMB 1.09 billion to RMB 1.11 billion, representing a year-on-year growth of about 16.8% to 18.9%
