Dongpeng Beverage announced that it will conduct an initial public offering from January 26, 2026, to January 29, 2026, intending to globally offer 40.8899 million shares, with 10% allocated for the Hong Kong offering and 90% for the international offering, along with an overallotment option of 15%. The offering price will not exceed HKD 248.00 per share. Each lot consists of 100 shares, and the shares are expected to begin trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on February 3, 2026
