36Kr learned that the Aiqicha App shows that recently, Beijing Guangfan Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, adding Lenovo (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Harmony Artificial Intelligence Investment Co., Ltd. as shareholders. At the same time, the registered capital increased from approximately RMB 1.417 million to approximately RMB 1.704 million. Beijing Guangfan Technology Co., Ltd. was established in October 2024, with Dong Hongguang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the manufacturing of wearable smart devices, sales of intelligent robots, sales of artificial intelligence hardware, etc. It is currently jointly held by Dong Hongguang, Shenzhen Alpha Mingtai Angel Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), and the aforementioned new shareholders
