ZHIXIN GP HLDG issues new shares at a 15% discount, raising a net amount of 101 million yuan

ZHIXIN GP HLDG (02187.HK) announced that it will issue a total of 149.6 million new shares to two independent third parties, equivalent to an enlarged share capital of 16.67%; the price per share is HKD 0.68, representing a 15% discount to today's (26th) closing price. The total amount raised is HKD 102 million, with a net amount of HKD 101 million intended for the construction of a production line for iron ore tailings and general working capital
