Holders of Hong Kong SAR passports can travel to Azerbaijan without a visa
The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government has received a notification from the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan that holders of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region passports can travel to Azerbaijan visa-free for tourism three times between February 2, 2026, and February 2, 2027, with each stay not exceeding thirty days
