ICBC Asia signs a strategic cooperation agreement with Keeta

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with MEITUAN-W (03690.HK) under its international brand Keeta. In the future, the scope of cooperation between the two parties will cover comprehensive service cooperation in personal financial services and digital finance related to cash management, acquiring, and payment clearing, and jointly research innovative models to promote the development of inclusive finance, exploring innovative cooperation possibilities including the issuance of co-branded credit cards. In addition, both parties will earnestly fulfill their corporate social responsibility by exploring a pilot cooperation plan for "delivery personnel rest stations," where Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) will set up exclusive rest areas at designated locations to provide a place for delivery personnel to rest.
