"Profit Warning" TOP FORM INT'L expects mid-term net loss to widen to a maximum of HKD 40 million
TOP FORM INT'L (00333.HK) announced that it expects to record a net loss of no more than HKD 40 million for the interim period ending December 31, 2025, compared to a net loss of HKD 15.8 million for the same period in 2024.
The company stated that the expected loss is primarily due to a significant decline in revenue, a reduction in order volume from major customers, a decrease in gross margin, underutilization of production capacity leading to fixed costs not being fully amortized, and a product mix skewed towards low-margin products
