Li Ka Shing Property's West Kowloon branch Senior Executive Director Li Kai Cheung stated that the branch recently facilitated the second-hand transaction of Unit G on a low floor of Yu Ching House, one of the "Four Little Dragons" in Lai Chi Kok. The unit has a usable area of approximately 452 square feet, featuring a two-bedroom layout with an open view, and was sold for HKD 7.3 million, equivalent to a price per usable square foot of about HKD 16,150.

It is reported that the original owner purchased the property in 2019 for approximately HKD 7.05 million and has sold it now, realizing a profit of about HKD 250,000.

Li Kai Cheung added that there are currently about 50 units available for sale in the estate, with the lowest entry price starting from approximately HKD 7.3 million
