BOC HONG KONG starts providing new banknote exchange services today, with a strong response to online reservations

BOC HONG KONG (02388.HK) will provide customers with new banknotes, "Welcome New Banknotes," and "Standard New Banknote Packs" exchange services at all branches starting today (3rd) until February 16. This morning, the overall operation of the branches was smooth and orderly.

Zhuang Yili, Deputy General Manager (Branch Management) of the Personal Finance and Wealth Management Department of BOC HONG KONG, stated that today is the first day for new banknote exchanges, and online reservations have been very enthusiastic, with all slots fully booked. To facilitate customers in exchanging new banknotes, all branches will open one hour earlier from today until February 5, starting service at 8 AM, and will have dedicated counters for new banknote exchanges and registration services, while also increasing staff to assist customers with the exchange
