They were followed by video-sharing platform Bilibili ( BILI ) and used car marketplace Uxin ( UXIN ) , which were down 4% and 0.3% respectively.From South Asia, the gainers were led by telecommunications operator PLDT ( PHI ) and pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (RDY), which rose 5.2% and 1.3% respectively.
