Multiple departments in Taiyuan interviewed MCN institutions, focusing on rectifying the malicious defamation issues targeting companies like Xiaomi and Li Auto
Recently, the Taiyuan Municipal Party Committee's Cyberspace Administration, in conjunction with the Municipal Public Security Bureau, held a centralized interview meeting for the management of MCN institutions, involving 13 MCN institutions. In response to the recent phenomenon of some MCN institutions and influencers making derogatory and malicious comments about new energy vehicle companies such as Xiaomi and Li Auto, damaging the brand reputation of these companies, the meeting emphasized that any MCN institution and online content creators (influencers) must strictly adhere to industry norms and business ethics. They must not organize or participate in activities such as online water armies, malicious complaints, or inciting disputes against companies and products, in order to jointly maintain a fair competition, healthy, and clear market and online environment. Participating companies signed a compliance operation commitment on-site. (Auto You Fan Er)
