According to Xinhua News Agency, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council recently signed a State Council order to announce the revised "Regulations on Nature Reserves of the People's Republic of China," which will take effect on March 15, 2026.
The "Regulations" aim to promote the construction of nature reserves with high quality, strengthen the protection and management of nature reserves, comprehensively advance ecological civilization and the construction of a beautiful China, and accelerate the modernization of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
