The land at No. 6674, Kai Hing Road, Jordan, Kowloon, was earlier awarded to the consortium formed by SINO LAND (00083.HK) and GREAT EAGLE H (00041.HK) for HKD 1.61 billion, with a lease term of fifty years. The Lands Department has recently announced the bid amounts of the unsuccessful bidders. Among them, the second-highest bid was approximately HKD 1.604 billion, meaning the winning consortium's bid was only HKD 6.2 million higher than the second-highest bid, winning by less than 0.4%.
